Founded in 2015, Over Sea built its foundation as Atlantic Canada’s premier technology-driven hospitality and property management firm. Through a decade of hands-on operations, welcoming over 250,000 guests across 25,000+ stays and serving clients across 15+ time zones, we perfected the systems, tech stack, and revenue models required to maximize property yields.

In July 2026, we completed the sale of our property management division to dedicate 100% of our focus to high-impact Real Estate Advisory & Consulting. Today, we translate our real-world operational mastery into strategic guidance for real estate investors, asset managers, and property operators.
